Debido a la particularidad de su territorio, Chile se ha visto obligado a enfrentarse con frecuencia a desastres naturales, especialmente terremotos, esto ha permeado tanto en la elaboración de nuestras políticas públicas, como en la construcción de una realidad psicogeográfica.
Esta recopilación de imágenes da cuenta de la logística detrás de cada operación y de la tensión entre autoridades civiles, militares y la población en general. Una relación que cobra sentido con cada evento de este tipo y al mismo tiempo reabre el debate sobre la relación histórica de los militares con la ciudadanía chilena.
