STATE OF EMERGENCY: Chile, due to the particularity of its territory, has been bound to face with frequency  natural disasters, in particular earthquakes, all this has permeated as much in the elaboration of public policies as in the construction of a reality psicogeographic. This recompilation of images realizes of the logistics backing each operation and the tension among civil authorities, militaries and the population in general. A relationship making sense in each event of this sort and at the same time reopen the debate on the historical relationship with the Chilean citizenship. Photographies carried out between 2010-2017, mainly during the second period of the President Michelle Bachelet , where I exercised as a Photographer for the Government Communications Secretary.
